The Turkish Sign Language Dictionary provides communication between hearing impaired individuals and those who do not speak Sign Language; is a mobile application that supports the personal development of hearing impaired individuals.Considering that the renewed İşaret Turkish Sign Language Multimedia Dictionary işaret sign language is difficult to learn from pictures, sign language has been made easier to understand with video shootings. In addition, close-ups of the lip movements of the words were taken with the consideration of lip readers. Signs were supported with subtitles and visual pictures.As the dictionary, which is designed to spread sign language, increases the number of sign language speakers, raises awareness about TID, and increases the number of sign language users around hearing impaired individuals, the largest obstacles in their lives will be supported. In addition, increasing the number of individuals using sign language will facilitate the social integration of hearing impaired individuals.
